In this project, we sought to explore a broad question: How do users feel about AI therapy apps? Through semi-structured interviews, we investigated attitudes toward the emerging field of AI-led Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). While common themes surfaced, we also discovered unexpected opportunities amidst the challenges, shedding light on both barriers to adoption and potential strategies for overcoming them.
